If you are a contractor when you register for our services you are entering as a legal ‘company’ that is entitled to such an agreement with Lowbid.com. If you register as a homeowner you agree to be bound by the rules set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree to any term or condition specified on our site then we advise you not to register or become a member of our site. Billing terms and conditions
When you register as a contractor you are charged a membership fee. We will automatically charge your credit card on file with us according to the billing options you selected at registration. Our billing and payment services are in strict accordance with the format and manner as deemed appropriate by Lowbid.com and can change from time to time with or without prior notice mentioned. We use a strong encryption system that protects identity and credit card information at all times.

Warranties and guarantees
Lowbid.com does not endorse or control the kind of transactions that happen between contractors and homeowners. Hence we do not exercise any control over the budget, costing of projects posted, estimate requests, quality of project completed, the nature of working relationship, whether the contract is part time or full time in nature between contractor and homeowner. We also do not lay claim to the ability of contractors to complete projects on time or as per guidelines provided. We also cannot guarantee that payments will be made to the contractor when a project gets completed as per satisfaction. Hence, we cannot be held liable or responsible for any breach of contract or violation of terms set between homeowner and contractor.

Changes in terms
From time to time we at Lowbid.com might change certain or all aspects of our terms and conditions specified. In such cases, we may or may not provide you with prior notice of the same. In situations where a price change has been reflected in the new terms and conditions, you as a contractor of the site agree to pay these new prices and charges accordingly. If you do not wish to pay these new prices then you should cancel your membership before the new prices goes into effect.

Payments
Payments are made in the form of a Membership fee for contractors and are needed to be paid in advance prior to implementation of your contractor profile. Your profile will be visible to the public as long as your membership remains in effect. Your contractors profile will not be visible if payment is not received when due. If your credit card transaction is declined then your profile will not be visible until payment is made.

Dispute Resolution Services
Our Dispute Resolution Services are meant for only registered users of Lowbid.com. Thus these are applicable for contractors who have a paid membership and who no longer wish to remain a member of Lowbid.com. We do not facilitate any disputes or supply any remedies for contractors and homeowners who conducted business with each other. Lowbid.com.com does not offer consultation or advice on any legal situations. In cases where such issues arise you are advised to seek professional third party legal help. These legal assistances must be in accordance with the jurisdiction of your state and should be independent of Lowbid.com. If you incur any damages or loss as a result of the usage of Lowbid.com, then you agree automatically to indemnify and hold Lowbid.com and its affiliates harmless of any such consequences. Should you not agree to these terms as per our Services then you should refrain from using this website.
